You will contribute to maintaining best practice standards and continuous improvement in resident care. In this role, you will: Deliver person-centered, evidence-based nursing care Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Registered Nurses and Care Workers Oversee and coordinate care delivery to ensure best practice standards Monitor residents’ health status and respond to complex clinical needs Administer medications, manage wound care, and ensure accurate clinical documentation Support care planning, assessments, and regular clinical reviews Mentor and support staff to build capability and confidence Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support quality improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring Essential: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Commitment to person-centred, respectful care Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates Desirable: Experience in a senior or leadership nursing role Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential) About Bene Aged Care Bene Aged Care is a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older South Australians to live meaningful and dignified lives.
