(plus 17% superannuation) Any Charles Sturt Campus location (Campus based role) The Senior School Executive Support Officer (SSESO) within the School of Dentistry and Medical Sciences will provide a broad range of high quality administrative and executive support services to the Head of School and School Leadership Team, as well as coordinating School governance activities, administrative tasks, and other projects. The role of the Senior School Executive Support Officer is to ensure that staff of the school are provided with high level administrative support in the areas of finance, human resources, and student related matters. This role is also responsible for being the key Faculty contact for Faculty Administrative Services and Divisions. The incumbent is required to develop an authoritative knowledge of university policy and procedures and administrative systems as well as streamline processes for the School and Faculty. About you Currently working in Faculty of Science and Health, you are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will bring: Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders. Proven experience providing executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Knowledge of financial administration, including budgets and transactions.
