Spire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Business Operations professional to support the Managing Director and leadership team of a national property advisory firm. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, deals and decision-making in a fast-paced commercial property environment. The opportunity: In this role you will provide high-level executive support while coordinating key business operations, acquisitions activity and development projects across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, leadership team, agents and external stakeholders, ensuring that diaries, projects, documentation and communications are running smoothly and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Providing direct executive support to the Managing Director – diary, meetings, travel and correspondence Preparing briefing materials, agendas, presentations and reports for leadership and board-level reviews Coordinating and tracking business projects to ensure timely delivery and clear communication Managing confidential information, records, databases and filing systems with accuracy and discretion Coordinating internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team You’ll also be involved in the commercial side of the business: Supporting acquisition due diligence and transaction coordination Preparing Letters of Interest, deal summaries and financial overviews Liaising with agents, consultants and finance teams to keep documentation and reporting on track Assisting with valuation research and asset performance analysis Plus leasing, development and culture support: Coordinating marketing materials and campaign documentation through approved channels Managing inspections, stakeholder engagement and presentation materials Supporting development projects through coordination, documentation and reporting Coordinating internal events, functions and culture initiatives, including contributing to the “fun committee” and internal communications About you: You’re an EA / Business Operations professional who thrives in a commercial, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. You’re proactive, commercially aware and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the detail. You will ideally have: Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting executives or managing business operations Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Canva, Cirrus8 or CPG Office (or willingness to learn) Strong written and verbal communication skills, including document formatting and presentation Exceptional organisation and time management, with a sharp eye for detail Professional discretion when handling confidential information A proactive, “owner’s mindset” and relationship-focused approach Current Driver’s Licence You’ll also align with values such as hustle, initiative, candour, relationship-building and continuous improvement – operating as a true business partner rather than a purely transactional EA.
