Finance and Business Services Division Full-time, fixed-term position for up to 5 years Based at our St Lucia campus About This Opportunity As an Associate Director, Finance Partnering, you will be accountable for the delivery of end-to-end finance solutions to support the achievement of client business and service delivery objectives. You’ll partner with clients to develop and maintain a deep understanding of their current and future finance needs, providing fiscal leadership to ensure the alignment of financial management and reporting strategies. In particular, this position will partner with the HASS/ BEL portfolio, working with the Executive Deans, multiple Head of Schools, academics, and professional staff. This role is therefore ideally suited to an experienced Finance Partner with complex, service-driven environments looking for a change in industry. You’ll be backed by a team of 10 finance professionals to help you deliver these services while you bring the strategic oversight. About You Experience working as a member of the leadership team within a professional financial advisory and/or service delivery function is essential, ideally within a complex policy and stakeholder environment. Excellent financial management skills will see you be able to demonstrate past experience developing proactive strategic advice and solutions for clients. In addition, a focus on continuous improvement and building productive client relationships will be key to your success in this position.
