The opportunity Reporting to People and Culture Manager of Personal Injuries, the role of People and Culture Business Partner will see you partnering with our team who specialise in personal injury and compensation claims. The team provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them understand if they have a claim, guiding them through the claim process, and advocating on their behalf. The team is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the representation they deserve and fight tirelessly for justice and fair outcome. About You You will bring experience across the employee lifecycle, including: Providing hands-on support to the People and Culture Manager in the delivery of priority people strategies and initiatives, partnering with People and Culture Shared Services to drive sustainable outcomes. Partnering with leaders on people matters, ensuring alignment with policies, legislation and the EBA Workforce planning to meet short- and long-term capability needs Collaborating with the Talent team to attract and hire exceptional people Implementing and embedding P&C policies, frameworks and programs Educating leaders and employees on organisational policies and processes Recognising and celebrating great work Partnering with Learning & Development to deliver targeted training aligned to individual and business needs Identifying and implementing improvements to P&C service delivery Using data and insights to inform practical, people focused strategies Mentoring and coaching junior team members You’re a collaborative, confident People & Culture professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and navigating complex, real world people challenges.
