Logistics / Warehouse Manager Green Light are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Manager for a large enterprise client based in Silverwater. You will be responsible for managing a brand new office and warehouse, including relocation of warehouse materials and assets. You will also complete an audit and catalogue of inventory and equipment across the current Silverwater warehouse and all satellite storage facilities. Role & Responsibilities: Inventory and warehouse management experience Working knowledge of computer-based software including Microsoft Word and Excel Forklift / ‘Walkie Stacker’ experience Previous experience with mobile voice and data communication equipment. Motorola product knowledge. Working knowledge of database software and Google productivity suite applications (docs, forms, sheets etc). Workplace Health & Safety Representative (HSR) Customer and supplier service skills You will maintain the warehouse including neat and tidy organisation of stock, pallets and storage tubs with accurate records of inventory stored in each location. Ensure the warehouse is maintained in accordance with all WHS requirements and communicate these requirements to on-site personnel to ensure compliance. Co-ordinate warehouse maintenance activities including security, cleaning, recycling, rubbish collection and pest control. Coordinate material movements with customers, suppliers and other departments in line with business requirements and project activities. Liaise with logistics suppliers to book shipments, follow up on deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Successful applicants will be required to pass a police security clearance.
