Your opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager – Seniors Communities, you will provide essential project coordination and administrative support across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This is a maximum term contract for 12 months. As the Project Officer , you will play a key role in supporting project rollout activities, internal communications, documentation management, reporting and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with project managers, change managers, village leadership teams and internal communications to ensure projects are well‑coordinated, well‑communicated and delivered on schedule. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys variety, working across multiple projects and supporting teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. With integrity and collaboration, you will: Coordinate and maintain project communications, including Connect pages, Teams channels and internal updates Support project managers with schedules, meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and documentation Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project records, plans and reporting artefacts Assist with progress reporting, insights and updates for senior stakeholders Act as an information conduit between project teams, village leaders, contractors and internal stakeholders Support cross‑functional collaboration across care operations, resident engagement, facilities and communications What you’ll bring You’re an organised and proactive project support professional with strong communication skills and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset. You enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders and take pride in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, adapting to change and supporting teams to achieve shared goals — all while staying aligned to purpose and values. You will also need: Demonstrated experience providing administrative or coordination support within a project or program environment Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organisational skills Experience supporting senior leaders or project teams in an administrative capacity Ability to analyse information and support value‑adding project actions Experience within aged care, retirement living or community services environments (desirable) Why Anglicare?
