Job Description Who will you be working with? Wabtec's Digital Intelligence Signaling & Systems team is a recognized industry leader in the successful delivery of complex integrated system projects. These projects involve signaling, train control, communications, and back-of?ce solutions with a strong focus on project execution, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction You will work collaboratively with all office staff at our Perth CBD location supporting in aspects of administration and coordination as well as detailed support to our Signaling and Systems project team. Where will you be Working? The office is located in Perth's CBD, close to public transport, cafes and restaurants. How will you make a difference? This position is responsible for conducting and maintaining office administration and services, whilst also supporting the business with project administration and coordination. What will your typical day look like? Provide administrative support for all aspects of office & project operations. Maintain project documentation as required Manage the purchasing of office requisites such as stationery, office equipment and consumables Manage office reception, in particular telephone switchboard, incoming & outgoing mail/packages, office appointments and meetings Assist in the preparation and consolidation of time sheeting, invoicing, reporting, general administration and as required Coordinate OH&S and HR administration and onboarding Report consolidation and operational analytics support Process improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency across the team What do we want to know about you? Essential Experience working as an Administrator in a services environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention detail/accuracy and capable of working to deadlines.?? A 'can do' attitude enabling you to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment.??
