Job description We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to find a UKG Pro Administrator, who can step into a pivotal role supporting and enhancing their UKG Pro environment. This isn’t just about maintaining a system, it’s about shaping how it’s used across the business, improving processes, and helping teams get the most out of it. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, playing a key role in driving adoption, improving governance, and supporting ongoing enhancements. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of systems, people, and continuous improvement. About the role This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days look the same. You’ll be the go-to for UKG Pro support while also contributing to broader improvements and initiatives. You’ll be: Supporting and enhancing the UKG Pro system across the business Driving adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement Contributing to the development of processes, governance frameworks, and tools Managing and prioritising incoming requests and support activities Playing a key role in system testing, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives Creating clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials Supporting change activities and system rollouts About you You’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots between systems, processes, and people.
