In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for a wide range of heavy machinery while providing excellent customer service to both workshop technicians and external clients. Key Responsibilities Interpret and identify parts for earthmoving and construction equipment Assist workshop technicians with correct parts supply Provide parts support to customers via phone, email, and in person Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately Maintain stock control and inventory records Liaise with suppliers to source parts and ensure timely delivery Ensure parts department runs efficiently and meets customer needs Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter , preferably in earthmoving, construction, or heavy equipment Strong knowledge of machinery parts catalogues and systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Good computer skills and experience with parts management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Desirable Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, or similar equipment Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery Forklift licence (advantage) What We Offer Competitive salary package Stable full-time employment Supportive team environment Training and career development opportunities Location: Dandenong Vic Monday to Friday – Full time If you have a strong background in heavy equipment parts and enjoy working in a customer-focused role, we would love to hear from you.
