HR Business Partner Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building partnerships, driving performance, and shaping culture? We are seeking a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and support our operational leaders across the business. Reporting to the National People & Performance Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in aligning business goals with people strategies to deliver organisational success. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on HR expert across our operational network, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and values-driven culture. The role: Partner with senior and operational leaders to align workforce capability with evolving business priorities. Build leadership capability through coaching, performance enablement, and targeted development initiatives. Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations. Lead performance and engagement initiatives that promote recognition, wellbeing, and inclusion. Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to monitor workforce trends and mitigate risk. Support Centres on the ground through periods of change, critical incidents, or compliance reviews. Drive organisational change and deliver key HR projects such as policy reviews, system implementations, and culture transformation programs. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. 5 years of HR experience, including senior business partnering within large, complex or distributed organisations. Proven track record in coaching leaders, driving performance, and delivering transformational people initiatives. Sound knowledge of employment legislation, governance, and contemporary HR practice. Strong analytical capability and confidence using HR data to inform decisions. Exceptional communication, relationship, and influencing skills. Agility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational delivery in a fast-paced environment. Why work for Affinity?
