We are seeking an experienced Sideboom Operator to support pipeline construction activities. You will operate sideboom/pipelayer equipment to safely lift, align, support, and lower pipe in line with approved lift plans, site procedures, and safety requirements. The Role Operate sideboom/pipelayer equipment to lift, transport, align, support and lower pipe in accordance with approved lift plans and procedures Maintain stability and control of suspended loads during stringing, welding support, crossings and lowering-in activities Coordinate with riggers, spotters and supervisors to ensure safe, controlled lifting operations Complete pre-start checks and basic daily maintenance; report faults and defects Comply with all HSE, environmental and site-specific requirements Identify and report hazards, near misses, defects or unsafe conditions immediately About You The successful applicant will have the following qualifications/ experience and capabilities: Proven experience operating sideboom / pipelayer equipment on pipeline or similar construction projects Current high risk work licence for crane operations (slewing or non-slewing, as applicable) Relevant VOCs/competencies and project/site tickets (as required) Strong safety focus, situational awareness and clear communication skills How to Apply Please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
