The Role As People & Culture Manager, you will lead and deliver the full HR function across the organisation, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations Provide trusted HR advice and guidance to senior leaders Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice Drive learning and development initiatives and support workforce planning The Ideal Person You are a confident and capable HR generalist, who is ready to take ownership of a standalone role. You bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset and are comfortable navigating both strategic priorities and day-to-day HR operations with ease.
