As the Inspections/Leasing Manager, you will oversee a portfolio and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the leasing processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct tenant viewings and manage the end-to-end leasing process Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants to ensure a seamless leasing experience Coordinate advertising for rental properties, ensuring listings are up to date across various platforms Work in collaboration with the Business Development and Property Management teams Skills and Experience Required: Current QLD driver’s licence Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Proven experience in residential leasing. Familiarity with Inspect Real Estate (ideal) and PropertyMe software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Initiative and a proactive mindset with local area knowledge.
