Precast Yard Role - Working On Tilt Panels, Structural And Architectural Concrete Products Monday To Friday Roster - 6:00am-2:30pm With Potential Overtime Available Ongoing Work Through To End Of Year For Reliable Candidates With Patching Experience Zenith Search are currently seeking experienced Concrete Patchers to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer based in Herne Hill, WA. This role will see you working on a range of structural and architectural concrete products including tilt panels, beams, columns, and custom precast elements for commercial projects. What You'll Be Doing: Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces across precast products Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections to achieve a high-quality finish Carry out patching and finishing work on tilt panels and structural elements Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with site requirements Work alongside the team to ensure projects are completed on time What We're Looking For: Previous experience in concrete patching is essential White Card required Driver's licence and reliable transport to Herne Hill Ability to pass random onsite drug and alcohol testing Physically fit and capable of manual work Forklift ticket is desirable but not essential What We Offer: $45/hr flat rate Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (40 hours potential overtime) 12-16 week project with ongoing work available for the right candidate Immediate start available Work with a reputable company with a strong pipeline of projects through to the end of the year Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and quality This is a solid opportunity for experienced patchers looking for consistent work with long-term potential.
