The Opportunity - Enterprise Sales Development Representative This is a strategic enterprise BDR role focused on breaking into large, high-value accounts and building meaningful pipeline from scratch. Working closely with senior sales leaders, you’ll take a targeted, account-based approach, mapping organisations, engaging multiple stakeholders, and opening doors into complex buying environments. It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of enterprise sales: longer cycles, higher-value deals, and the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers across multiple functions. Additional leave days, birthday off and wellbeing initiatives Regular team and company social events Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Prospecting - Build and generate qualified outbound pipeline within enterprise accounts (Over 1000 headcount businesses). Identify and engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations Secure high-quality meetings for senior sales stakeholder Multi-Channel Outreach - Execute outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and campaigns. Craft personalised messaging relevant to industry and business context.
