As our Client Solutions Manager in Perth, you’ll be the driving force behind LOD/Consilio’s growth in Western Australia — building meaningful relationships in the WA legal market, shaping the future of how legal services are delivered, and working alongside a talented national team that genuinely cares about what it does. What You’ll Be Doing At its heart, this role is about growth — of the business, of our client relationships, and of yourself. You’ll be: Getting in front of the right people in the WA legal community, building and nurturing relationships that translate into real business outcomes Owning the full business development cycle — from initial outreach and exploratory conversations through to pitches, negotiations and closing Championing the full spectrum of LOD/Consilio’s offerings to expand what we do for existing clients, not just bringing in new ones Collaborating with our national Client Solutions team to share leads, ideas and wins across all offices Keeping a close eye on market trends, industry events and emerging opportunities to ensure LOD remains front of mind in the WA market Preparing compelling tenders, presentations and pitches that showcase what makes us different Representing the LOD brand at industry events with confidence and authenticity Keeping our CRM sharp and up to date so the whole team benefits from what you know What Success Looks Like You’ll be measured on things that matter — revenue growth, expanding our lawyer and consultant community in WA, winning new clients, deepening existing relationships, and breaking into new market sectors.
