Our client, based in Subiaco is looking for an enthusiastic Blue-Collar Recruiter to join their team. This is a short term assignment depending on client requirements. Start: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday - 38 hour per week Duration: Ongoing - depending on business needs Location : Subiaco The role: We are currently seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to support high-volume blue-collar recruitment and mobilisation activities for a leading project environment. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organised, and enjoys coordinating end-to-end mobilisation processes. Responsibilities will include: Blue-collar mining recruitment experience within your last roles Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong experience identifying and sourcing quality candidates Experience conducting phone screens, profiling CV's and submitting via online portals Motivation to drive continuous improvement and think on your feet Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting trade, blue-collar roles, with expertise in high-volume settings and projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in the use of various sourcing channels and proactive talent pooling.
