You’ll work closely with leaders right across RAAFA, sourcing great talent, shaping candidate experiences, and bringing fresh ideas to how we attract values‑driven people. Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle including induction and onboarding whilst continuously identifying new and innovative ways to improve and deliver services. Utilise a variety of tailored recruitment strategies for highly competitive and hard to fill positions. Act as a coach and role model to the business, supporting managers with best practice recruitment and selection methods. Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to offer a positive experience to the organisation. Work in cohesion with key stakeholders across RAAFA to find the best candidates. About You Recruitment experience at a similar position with an understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (Big Red Sky experience is desirable). An innovative and fresh approach in offering an exceptional service and experience to the end user. Experience in identifying and implementing forward thinking solutions to continuously develop and improve RAAFA’s recruitment lifecycle. A demonstrated experience of managing a fast paced and varied range of recruitment requirements. An ability to offer a collaborative and consultative approach whilst coaching and developing stakeholders in their recruitment needs.
