In this fast-paced and highly operational role, you will lead a team of eight operators, an Inventory Controller and a Warehouse Administrator. Working closely with internal teams, external customers, and our driving workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality warehouse operations. What You Will Do: Reporting to the DC Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations in line with OH&S and Visy standards. Oversee inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and space utilisation across the warehouse. Ensure excellent service delivery and respond promptly to customer requests or operational issues. Plan daily workloads, allocate resources effectively, and drive team productivity. Support budgeting, labour planning, and cost control within the warehouse. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including transport, customer service, and commercial teams. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor or leadership role within FMCG Logistics and Supply Chain. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution practices, and inventory management. Solid knowledge of HSE, CoR and safe operating procedures. Experience working with WMS/TMS systems (SAP or Ramco highly regarded). Strong communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team. Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy, safety and service. A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
