Lead Project Data Controller (2x Roles) Brisbane & Perth $63–$72 per hour super 12-month contract (long-term opportunity) 3 days in office | Full-time hours About the Opportunity We are currently seeking 2 x Lead Project Data Controllers to join a high-performing projects team working across diverse, large-scale infrastructure and resource projects . This is an exciting opportunity to step into a lead position , driving data governance, document control, and information management across multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless information flow across all project phases. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage Project Data Management (PDM) frameworks and systems Lead document control, governance, and information management processes Support project teams with best practice documentation and compliance Monitor performance, embed KPIs , and drive continuous improvement Oversee document control setup, systems deployment, and data handover Provide training and support in systems such as InEight and Power BI Act as the key escalation point for documentation and data-related issues Deliver reporting, contractor governance, and ensure alignment with global standards About You 10 years’ experience in Document Control within complex project environments 5 years at Senior/Lead level , demonstrating leadership and governance capability Strong experience across the full project lifecycle (setup through to handover) Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and documentation standards Proven experience managing contractors and handover documentation High proficiency in document management systems (e.g. InEight ) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience within mining, infrastructure, or large-scale projects highly regarded What’s on Offer Long-term contract with strong extension potential Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects Join a safety-driven and inclusive team environment Lead role with real influence across project delivery APPLY NOW with your Updated Resume and reach out to Aireen Grace Santiago – National Delivery Lead, Northbridge Recruitment.
