We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinators to join our busy team located in the Sutherland Shire. We are recruiting one entry-level Marketing Coordinator and one Marketing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or event coordination. We are looking for a creative thinker passionate about bringing ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our marketing team and to execute unforgettable, high-quality events that enhance our HNC brand and improve our clients’ event experiences. You will also need to be very hands-on, work independently, be creative and innovative, and have a keen eye for detail. Must be proficient in the following MAC programs: • InDesign • Illustrator • Photoshop • Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Key Responsibilities: Maintain our events calendar and ensure accurate scheduling of events Create and send invitations Manage attendee lists, invitations, RSVPs, and pending responses On event days, assist with guest registrations and distribute name tags Manage budgets and accurately track and allocate invoices for each event Upload products on our website daily using Magento (training will be provided) Create brochures, flyers, newsletters and stationery Create and schedule social media content, including photography and videos Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills The successful applicants must be highly organised and possess strong written and verbal communication skills You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple events and marketing tasks simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail The successful applicant must be highly organised and possess strong written and verbal communication skills You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple events and marketing tasks simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail This position is set in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to meet tight deadlines Please note: This is a fully on-site position.
