Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects. We are currently seeking a Full Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant to assist with delivery services of goods from our Somersby warehouse. Some heavy lifting will be involved. Working 2 days in our Somersby Warehouse ‘On Road’ for three days (Including overnight stays) MR License is preferred but not essential Responsibilities: Carry out instructions as directed from Management and/or Supervisors Check goods onto vehicle – condition of goods, product codes and quantities - complete Run sheets as required – obtain signatures/names etc. of customers upon delivery. Complete all necessary paperwork. Liaise with customers regarding delivery of goods via D-Track App Stock take - Preparation as required and requested Assist the warehouse team Vehicle - Ensure that vehicle ( Truck is kept clean and driven in a safe manner as per Company Policy, as well as OH & S and Licensing regulations Internal Staff - Liaise with Sales/ Co-ordinations staff regarding issues with Customer Orders etc. Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department. Previous experience delivering and handling goods Current Driver’s license Knowledge of local and surrounding areas A mature and positive ‘can do’ attitude Good communication and customer service skills If you are interested in the above role, then we look forward to receiving your application.
