About the Position: As a Marketing Specialist at M & W Zaki Pty Ltd (Little Zak’s Academy), you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand visibility and supporting the growth of our network of early learning centres. Reporting to the leadership team at our Ryde support office, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and advertising campaigns designed to attract families seeking quality childcare, promote our educational programs, and strengthen community engagement. This role is crucial for driving enrolments, analysing market trends in the early childhood sector, and ensuring Little Zak’s Academy maintains its reputation as a trusted leader in providing the best start in life for children across New South Wales. Key Responsibilities : Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support enrolment and business growth objectives. Advising management on marketing and advertising strategies to effectively reach target families and promote Little Zak’s Academy services. Coordinating the production of marketing campaigns, including creative development, digital and traditional media placement, within time and budget constraints. Analysing consumer behaviour, market trends, and enrolment data to inform strategic decisions. Conducting market research to identify opportunities for service expansion and new centre developments. Supporting overall business development through the execution of comprehensive marketing plans and programs. Providing expert advice on marketing elements such as service positioning, pricing strategies, promotions, and communication channels. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Bachelor in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum 1 year’s experience in a marketing role (experience in a similar role highly regarded). High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in interpreting market data and consumer trends. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
