We’re now looking for an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join our growing team and help maximise sales, optimise inventory, and support our continued expansion. About the Role This is a high-impact role where your analytical mindset and attention to detail will directly influence sales, profitability, and stock efficiency across the business. Working closely with Planning, Buying, Retail and our Distribution Centre teams, you’ll take ownership of allocation and replenishment, ensuring our stores are always set up for success from new season launches to core line management. What You’ll Be Doing Allocating and replenishing stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability Monitoring and maintaining store stock levels and inventory performance Analysing sales trends to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable insights Managing replenishment strategies to maximise sell-through and minimise stock issues Allocating new range indents and ensuring seamless, on-time product launches Supporting new store openings with end-to-end stock coordination Proactively managing stock on hand (SOH), including consolidating inventory across the network Contributing to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis Managing store gradings, profiles, and core line performance Partnering with stores, warehouse, and CX teams to ensure smooth stock flow Monitoring inbound receipts, deliveries, and warehouse stock levels What You’ll Bring Previous experience in allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning (preferred) Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets High attention to detail and strong organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Why Join Nude Lucy?
