Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial accounting function and partner with the business to drive performance across a large, multi-site organisation. The Opportunity This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant autonomy and visibility, where you will partner closely with senior stakeholders and lead core financial operations across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial accounting, reporting and compliance, while driving process improvement and scalability in line with our continued expansion. What You’ll Do Lead Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable teams across a complex, multi-site environment Own the month-end process, delivering accurate reporting, P&L insights and balance sheet integrity Provide meaningful analysis and insights to support decision-making and performance across the business Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, including lease accounting Oversee tax compliance (GST, FBT, provisions and deferred tax) Partner with auditors and lead year-end processes, impairment reviews and grant reporting About You You are a commercially astute and technically strong finance leader who thrives in dynamic, growth-focused organisations. You bring a balance of hands-on expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence and lead at scale. CA/CPA qualified (essential) Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role with team leadership Strong technical accounting expertise and understanding of Australian standards Experience in a multi-site or operationally complex environment (e.g. childcare, retail, healthcare) Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights and influence stakeholders Advanced Excel and ERP experience Why Busy Bees?
