We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-orientated individual to join our Sydney Conference Centre team. ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a dynamic team at our head office in Sydney, CBD. Our in-house conference space has the capacity to host up to 150 people. This is a varied role that will see you support the day-to-day operations of the conference centre from confirming bookings, facilitating site inspections, and coordinating end-to-end on-site functions for both internal and external clients, ensuring we provide outstanding service every time. No two days are the same. Key responsibilities will include: Operational support for the Conference Centre includes, function coordination and set up, ensuring stock and resources are available, support with AV requirements. Handling customer inquiries and managing the booking process. Ensuring conference centre premises are maintained, presentable and clean. Managing relationships with key stakeholders. Processing orders and invoices. ABOUT YOU You will be a highly organised, multi-tasker who is passionate about delivering exceptional services to clients. Along with your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will help maximise occupancy of our high-quality Conference Centre. What else you will bring: Previous front-of-house/hospitality experience. Strong administrative skills and including proficiency in MS Office Suite. and electronic bookings/scheduling systems. Ability to build and maintain relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. Superior presentation and communication skills both verbal and written. A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, high energy, and ability to problem solve. Hold a valid RSA. Full working rights to work in Australia.
