Manage documentation related to import and export compliance. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues promptly. Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of all airfreight activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Support the logistics team with ad hoc tasks as required. Provide updates to team members and management regarding shipment statuses. The Successful Applicant A successful Airfreight Operator should have: Experience or understanding of airfreight and logistics processes. Experience with international imports and exports Experience with Cargowise Strong organisational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with common software tools and systems used in logistics. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
