Pace VIC are excited to partner with a highly reputable, privately owned manufacturing organisation based in Melbourne's West, who are now on the search to add an experienced Part-time Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic, tight-knit team. This role requires an agile problem solver who is well experienced in both domestic and international logistics, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating shipments, processing orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Prepare weekly outbound schedule and monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues. Verify and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, declarations, receipts, transport instructions). Track deliveries, maintaining shipping schedules, keeping all parties up to date with ETA's, demurrage / detention issues, and any other relevant information. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and third party providers. About You: MUST have experience within logistics, and a proven ability to manage relationships of suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and have a critical eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. MUST be agile, flexible, and a proven problem solver. MUST be customer centric, and have proven experience delivering exceptional customer service. Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives with autonomy. Why apply?
