Join a growing construction business where you’ll play a key role supporting project delivery across multiple sites. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with construction experience who is adaptable, proactive, and keen to grow within the industry. Working closely with the General Manager and Director, you’ll provide end-to-end project administration support, helping keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Drawing and document control Processing invoices and subcontractor claims Assisting with subcontracts, work orders, and supply agreements Supporting trade take-offs and tendering processes Coordinating WHS documentation and compliance Assisting with project certifications and handover manuals Taking project meeting minutes Maintaining records in Procore General administration and ad hoc support as required About You Previous experience in a construction-based admin role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn Experience with Procore (or similar systems) is highly regarded What’s on Offer Opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team Exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle Long-term growth potential Office based in Arundel, relocating to Upper Coomera later this year This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to develop their career within construction.
