Your new role: We're on the hunt for a driven, personable Store Manager to take the reins at a premium retail location in the heart of Sydney CBD. This isn't your average retail gig. What you'll be doing: Lead and Inspire a passionate team by setting the tone for success, delivering coaching and creating a high performance culture. Drive sales & performance by hitting sales targets, building customer loyalty and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Own operations by ensuring everything runs like clockwork - from compliance and standards to inventory accuracy and stock flow. Champion compliance & excellence through strong auditing practices, risk management and local store marketing initiatives. About you: A natural people leader who thrives on motivating others and fostering a supportive, success driven environment. Highly organised and commercially savvy with the ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions fast. Comfortable juggling team development, store operations and customer needs without missing a beat. Detail oriented with a strong focus on compliance, data accuracy and following best practice standards. A proactive, positive problem solver who works well autonomously and brings contagious energy to the team. Your experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or customer service, ideally 2 years. A passion for people development, coaching and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of compliance and auditing, ideally in a regulated or transactional environment. A hands on approach and confidence to work independently when needed.
