Are you an accomplished Business Development Manager with an interest in lifting and rigging solutions? We’re seeking a driven, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of a key territory and lead growth across an iconic industrial brand. What you’ll be doing: Sales Strategy & Territory Growth: Drive sales within your allocated territory by developing strong pipelines, identifying growth opportunities across lifting and rigging product categories, and consistently achieving budgeted sales and margin targets. Business Development: Actively seek and secure new business, nurture long-term relationships, and build profitable partnerships with customers across industrial, construction, manufacturing, mining and similar environments. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with all levels of customer stakeholders, prepare tenders and contracts, and collaborate with internal teams including Strategic Accounts, Operations and Category to deliver tailored solutions. Technical Capability: Develop deep product knowledge through ongoing technical and product training, becoming a trusted lifting and rigging advisor to your customers and working closely with specialist supply partners. Sales Excellence & Reporting: Execute sales strategies in the field, maintain active quote pipelines, adhere to call cycles and CRM processes, and complete accurate, timely sales and pipeline reporting.
