About You Civil Engineering degree or equivalent. 5 years in urban civil design, including roads, earthworks, grading, and utilities. Strong experience with 12D, Civil 3D, and related drafting software. Able to resolve technical challenges and communicate clearly across teams. Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus. About the Role Deliver civil designs and documentation to a high standard. Manage and resource projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Support Project Managers with design planning.
