We are seeking a Process Author to support this mission by developing, refining and maintaining enterprise processes using Holocentric within a complex, multi‑stakeholder operational environment. You will help ensure organisational readiness, alignment and governance across integrated sustainment functions. By translating operational requirements into clear, auditable process documentation, you’ll collaborate with SMEs to maintain process integrity across interconnected domains. Your work directly supports Defence’s commitment to consistency, assurance and continuous improvement. What will I be doing day to day? Develop, model and maintain enterprise‑level processes using Holocentric and established BMS standards. Produce high‑quality, structured process documentation that supports operational assurance and stakeholder alignment. Map current‑state and design scalable future‑state processes across complex Defence‑related environments. Analyse policy, contractual and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance in process design. Develop standardised processes, procedures and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format within the BMS for: Maintenance Supply Support Engineering Asset Management Commercial Work Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) What sort of skills do I need? Proven experience authoring business processes using Holocentric within structured or regulated environments. Formal qualifications in Business Process Management, Quality Process Management, Engineering, Operations , or a closely related discipline. 5 years’ experience in mapping current-state (as-is) and design future-state (to-be) process. Strong capability in process mapping, modelling, simplification and improvement across multi‑disciplinary teams. Ability to translate complex technical and operational information into clear, compliant process documentation. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55001, ideally with experience aligning process documentation to these standards. Australian Citizenship and active NV1 Clearance. What’s in it for me?
