Comfortable preparing reports, scopes, and recommendations. Confident speaking with clients, contractors, and strata managers. Curious, practical thinker with a focus on solutions, not complications. Drivers licence required for site inspections. What You’ll Be Doing Visit sites to understand and diagnose structural and building issues. Prepare recommendations and documentation for repair and remediation works. Work closely with senior engineers and contractors throughout the repair process.
