About the role As Daikin Australia continues to expand in WA, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead our Domestic Product channel. The role will focus on driving sales growth, leading a team of Domestic Account Managers, strengthening the dealer base, and uncovering new business opportunities. Reporting to the WA State Manager, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Contributing to developing the sales strategy for the state and setting strategic goals for the Domestic team. Executing the Wa domestic budget plans, monitoring the results and reporting the outcomes Report on all planned sales programs and objectives for the quarter and introduce future programs Promoting and maintaining relationships with dealers and trade accounts and identifying and developing new business opportunities Facilitating the development of staff through identifying competency gaps, coaching and mentoring, and training. About you Previous experience within an OEM HVAC industry (desirable) Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a Trade Qualification within Air conditioning would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills with previous proven experience Ability to deal with strategic and management level discussions, both internally and externally. Ability to gain respect and confidence of local staff, national sales, and our customers. Results focused, with a strong attention to detail. Why join us?
