You’ll lead best‑practice rostering using People Hub Workforce, keep timekeeping and leave management accurate, and support finance tasks such as forecasting, monitoring budgets and preparing journals. You’ll coordinate backfill, manage staff allocations, handle contracts and contributor agreements, oversee inboxes and calendars, and support travel, purchasing and general office operations. You’ll also help resolve roster and timesheet enquiries, liaise with Recruitment, HR, Tech Services and Payroll, and support a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
