About the role The Radiology System Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of training across radiology systems, including RIS, PACS, reporting platforms, voice recognition and AI-enabled tools. In this role, you will ensure radiologists and operational staff are equipped to use systems efficiently and consistently, supporting the transition to independent reporting and embedding best-practice workflows into daily operations. You will play a key role in aligning system capability with operational objectives, improving radiologist productivity and overall business efficiency. Working closely with operational leaders, IT and the Report Delivery Team, you will support system upgrades, drive adoption of new technologies, and deliver measurable improvements in performance through targeted training and optimisation strategies. About you • Strong understanding of radiology systems and reporting workflows (RIS, PACS and reporting platforms). • Proven experience delivering structured training programs in a clinical or technical environment. • Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into targeted training initiatives. • Knowledge of voice recognition and AI-enabled tools in radiology (desirable). • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement. • Structured and process-driven approach with high attention to detail. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable efficiency outcomes. • Confident engaging with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. • Adaptable and able to support change within a fast-paced clinical environment.
