Job Description The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Actioning cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and storeroom; General pantry duties and maintaining cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers; Assisting in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team; Maintaining cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers; Assisting with the receiving and storing of stock; Ensuring all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations; Ensuring each outlet is supplied with sanitized clean and dry operational equipment.
