Hangari Kimchi Korean BBQ is a well-established Korean restaurant located in Dickson, ACT, offering authentic Korean cuisine and high-quality dining experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and food preparation processes Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in compliance with food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Requirements: At least 1 years of relevant work experience as a Cook Relevant qualification in commercial cookery (Certificate III or higher preferred) Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
