The Role You’ll be a key contributor to our design capability, taking ownership of complex projects from the initial planning stages through to final delivery and on-site commissioning. What You’ll Bring You are a proactive engineer who thrives in a consulting environment. Your toolkit likely includes: Technical Expertise: Experience in the design of E&I systems for mining or minerals processing, including MCC, Switchboards, Switchroom design and schematics. Experience with major equipment assessment, selection and procurement. Project Leadership: A proven track record and the ability to manage junior engineers, designers, budgets, timelines and project deliverables. The "BEC" Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to head to remote sites for commissioning when the project needs you. Key Requirements A Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognised by Engineers Australia). Strong commercial awareness and top-tier communication skills.
