Karlayura Personnel is partnering with NMT Projects, a global expert in complex cargo solutions, to deliver a high-profile, end-to-end logistics program . This project involves the movement of wind turbine blades, nacelles, towers, and associated equipment from Port Hedland to multiple project sites across the region, providing a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark renewable energy program. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to join a high-profile project in the Pilbara Region . This is a FIFO/site-based role where you will ensure all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) duties are met in line with company and client standards. Facilitate HSE activities, including training, consultation, and communication. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits ; ensure corrective actions are completed. Manage subcontractor compliance , ensuring all parties meet HSE requirements. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reporting, and metrics. Coordinate site induction programs, training, and competency assessments . Support environmental monitoring and incident management processes. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to foster a strong safety culture. Essential Requirements: Minimum completion of Year 10 . White Card , Senior First Aid Certificate , and current C Class Driver’s Licence . Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or higher). Fitness for work, including Drug & Alcohol testing . FIFO readiness and ability to work on remote sites. 2 years’ experience in HSE roles (resources/construction experience highly regarded).
