With approximately $1M in annual fees, the practice offers the perfect balance of stability, variety, and hands-on exposure across a diverse portfolio. About the Role You will work closely with the Partner and a small, experienced team, gaining exposure to a broad range of clients across multiple entity types, including family groups and trust structures. Client turnovers typically range from $1M–$5M, spanning industries such as digital agencies and other dynamic SME sectors. This is a role where you can step up, take ownership, and be involved in meaningful client relationships rather than being just another number in a large firm. Key Responsibilities Preparation of financial statements and tax returns across various entities Managing client relationships and providing advisory support Assisting with tax planning and compliance matters Working collaboratively with the Partner on client engagements About the Firm The practice operates in a fully paperless environment with a strong focus on efficiency and innovation. You’ll be working with a modern tech stack including Xero, XPM, BGL 360, NowInfinity, and SuiteFiles, with a genuine openness to AI and automation to improve workflows.
