The FP&A Analyst provides high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting and commercial insight to support strategic and operational decision‑making. The role partners with senior stakeholders across the business, translating operational and financial data into actionable insights, improving financial performance, and supporting planning, budgeting and investment decisions AC3 is dedicated to grow the representation of women in technology and are warmly encouraged to apply. What you’ll do? Produce high-impact financial analysis for the Executive and Senior leadership articulating what is happening, why and suggested actions Proactively identify emerging risks, margin erosion and performance trends before they are obvious Analyse monthly financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities Maintain rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans Support strategic planning and cost optimisation initiatives What we'd love to see? 3 -5 years’ commercial experience in a mid-market organisation Demonstrated experience in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering CPA/CA qualified Strong modelling and analytical skills Ability to present data, analysis, findings and recommendations to CEO, Executives and senior technical decision maker A plus if you have… Experience in the IT industry Experience with multiple revenue streams Experience in PowerBI and Workday Adaptive Planning Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
