The Billing Analyst is responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant preparation of customer billing and invoices in accordance with contractual terms, internal policies and governance requirements. The role supports revenue integrity and cash flow by ensuring billing data is complete, accurate and reconciled, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement of billing processes and systems AC3 is dedicated to grow the representation of women in technology and are warmly encouraged to apply. What you’ll do? Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms, pricing schedules and billing cycles Support month‑end close activities relating to billing and accounts receivable Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation Prepare billing and revenue reports for finance and management review Analyse billing trends, error drivers and process inefficiencies What we'd love to see?
