Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join their team on a fixed term contract. This role will focus on end-to-end ANZ payroll processing in a medium-volume, complex environment. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end ANZ payroll processing Processing timesheets, commission payments, and end-of-month payroll activities Preparing payroll tax, superannuation, and third-party payments Ensuring all payroll changes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with legislation, awards, and employment conditions Maintaining payroll files, databases, and documentation, including policies and procedures Preparing monthly payroll and People & Culture reports, as well as ad hoc analysis Collaborating closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams across the employee lifecycle Skills & experience Minimum 5 years' payroll experience, ideally in a medium volume, complex environment Experience using MicrOpay advantageous Proven experience in ANZ payroll processing (essential) Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation including NES, tax, and superannuation Advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation capability If this sounds like the role for you apply now or contact Haroula on 0435 823 841 for further details.
