About the Firm Our client is a large, international law firm, recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Restructuring & Insolvency. Their team defends and advises lenders, trustees and debtors on formal restructurings, informal workouts and bankruptcies, all within a culture that values health, diversity and inclusion. What You’ll Be Doing You will work in a collegial Restructuring & Insolvency practice that values work–life balance: Manage restructuring and insolvency matters end-to-end, from client briefing to enforcement. Prepare strategic legal memoranda, creditor communications and court filings. Coordinate with insolvency practitioners, financial advisors and regulatory bodies. Contribute to firm wellbeing and diversity initiatives. What You’ll Bring Admission in Victoria with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency or related litigation. Experience preparing formal plans, sale agreements or enforcement proceedings. Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
