Our client is requiring a Payroll Officer working part time in a standalone position. Located in the CBD, you will work 3 days per week onsite, for this 4-6 month assignment. On a day to day basis, this role will involve Processing fortnightly payrolls using MicrOpay Entering new starters, terminations Maintenance of payroll system and any upgrades Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting Liaising with staff on payroll related enquiries Generate reports from payroll such as turnover stats, leavers, starters, annual leave accruals etc. Assisting with end of month which involves preparing reports To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent knowledge in MicrOpay Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to manage competing deadlines Hourly rate: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience If you would like to apply for this role, press on the apply button, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Haroula on 0435 823 841.
