You will be exposed to a broad range of the latest technology solutions, giving you the chance to expand your skills base. About the Role: Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll work with the IT Team, providing support for our users who are across over 60 sites throughout southeast QLD and Northern NSW Operation and maintenance of the internal helpdesk and asset database Staff computer and mobile device support (Remote and on site) Remote access technology support (Remote Desktop, VPN etc.) Office 365 email and user account administration New user setup and provisioning Procurement of IT equipment Network maintenance and support Mobile Device Deployment Support (iOS) Multi-function printer support and setup About you: Proven experience in a Level 1-2 IT Desktop Support role with strong knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS). Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows file security, Office 365, and networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN). Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with a focus on process improvement and documentation. A valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for work. Experience with Cisco Meraki, managing computer SOEs, Apple DEP and VPP, and MDM platforms – Highly regarded, but not essential Why work with Shadforth?
