Within our Digital Marketplace space, we’re scaling a complex eCommerce ecosystem that connects customers, sellers and internal teams in meaningful ways. As a Delivery Lead, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role guiding a cross‑functional squad across product, design and engineering to deliver customer‑focused outcomes. This role is all about collaboration - bringing people together, aligning priorities and navigating dependencies across a wide network of stakeholders to turn ideas into value. What’s involved In this role, you’ll shape how work gets done while delivering initiatives that directly impact customers and sellers across our marketplace platform. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead end‑to‑end delivery across multiple digital initiatives, balancing priorities, scope and outcomes in a fast‑moving roadmap Bring cross‑functional teams together, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering to move seamlessly from discovery through to delivery Build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating clearly across teams and levels Line manage and support a team of up to six people, creating an environment that prioritises wellbeing, engagement and growth Embed agile ways of working that strengthen team culture, transparency and predictable delivery Navigate delivery within a complex digital ecosystem, including third‑party sellers, platform integrations and technical dependencies Track progress, manage risks and use delivery insights to continuously improve how the squad works Contribute to the broader delivery leadership community, sharing learnings and mentoring others across Technology About You You’re a delivery‑focused leader who enjoys connecting people around a shared goal. You’re comfortable working across disciplines and know how to bring clarity when things feel complex. Collaboration comes naturally to you - you listen well, communicate openly and value diverse perspectives. You take pride in creating psychologically safe teams where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to do their best work. You’re curious, open to learning and confident engaging in technical conversations without needing to be the expert in the room. What you’ll need To set you up for success, you’ll bring: 5 years’ experience leading delivery within digital product or technology teams Strong hands‑on experience working in agile environments and modern delivery practices Experience delivering in eCommerce, marketplace or platform‑based environments, ideally with third‑party integrations Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and line management Confidence collaborating across teams and managing delivery dependencies A solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and distributed systems Previous technical experience (such as development or business analysis) is beneficial but not essential Ready to join us?
